Product Display/Colors
The Aidright.com website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. We also cannot guarantee that the product that you see will look like the product you receive. This is because each hearing aid is different, as it is custom-made to your ear.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Aidright.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Aidright.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Aidright.com's Return Policy (see below).

Pricing Policy
All prcing that appears on our website is subject to change and can vary depending on style or additional options. If you need any clarification, please dont hesitate to give us a call at 1-877-777-1710. Please note that these prices include all of your local service at an authorized clinic in your area, we do not sell you the hearing aids directly. You will purchase them from the local clinic in our referral network. This price includes all of the testing, fitting, programming, service, and follow up care, as well as any of the warranties listed, plus a 45 day Trial Period to make sure that these are the right hearing aids for you.

Return Policy

All hearing aids that you purchase at one of the authorized local clinics come with a 45 day trial period beginning on the day you are fit with your hearing aids. If you are not satisfied with your hearing aids you have two options:

1) You may return the hearing aids and order a different product. This is not unusual as your hearing is very personal and unique. The hearing aid that works well with one person may not work well with another. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you try different hearing aids your 45 day trial period will start over when the new hearing aids are fit. There is no fee or charge to try another hearing aid.

2) You may return your hearing aids for a full refund less a restocking fee of $100 per hearing aid. This is to compensate our dispensers for their time and effort, and to cover shipping costs.
