Starkey’s Cierra is entry level digital technology that offers a wide array of features and tools to make it easier for you to hear in a variety situation.

Built off Starkey’s Axent II platform, Cierra shares much of the technology in Axent II, but at a lower price. With 2 channels and 8 frequency bands, Cierra can fit almost any hearing loss easily and accurately so you will receive the right amount of correction at all frequencies.

Cierra has directional microphones available in many styles to reduce background noise from behind so you can hear more clearly in noise. New indicator tones for low battery warning, memory switching and volume control settings increase your hearing comfort by making it easier to find the appropriate listening level. Cierra uses wide band expansion to keep low level sounds and circuit noise from being over amplified.

Cierra's optional Automatic Telephone Response ( ATR ), which senses the presence of a telephone and automatically changes the hearing aid response for use with a telephone. Cierra has this feature available in all styles including the CIC.

Directional Microphones and programmable telecoils are available as charged options on ITE, Half Shell and ITC models.
