"MAXX" hearing aids use Digital Wide Dynamic Range Compression to automatically adjust your volume based on the loudness of the sounds around you. This gives more volume for soft sounds and decreases the amount of volume added as sounds around you become louder.
The noise canceler automatically controls background noise when present. This helps to keep noise more comfortable and important speech information audible.
Feedback management finds where the whistling is occurring and reduces it, without sacrificing the sound quality of the hearing aid.
